Our management company took over this property about a year ago and we moved in shortly after. They stated no pets, yet 3 of our neighbors who lived here before our landlord took over have pets. Is there any law preventing them from discrimanting against us? If so please let me know.

What if the stranger was a very responsible 15 1/2 year old girl who gets good grades, is respectful, overall a good kid and charged around $7/day for pet-sitting? And I wouldn’t actually STAY in your house to take care of pets, I would drive to your house every few hours to care for pets,water plants and get mail? What if the pet-sitter planned a visit with you first to get to know you and your pet and got care instructions from you?? Would you hire this person?
