mcrazypetdude asked: I am the owner of a small, independent health food store for pets.
I have been in pet foods for twenty years.
I find more information every day through reading and on-line research about how we are poisoning ourselves and our pets.
We Americans are the most technically advanced and over all wealthy group on the planet. We also are the sickest!

= ^_^ = asked: From what I’ve seen, small children tear up a lot more than pets. Pets don’t have crayons, paints, markers, or hands with which to throw their food. They also seem to be easier to potty train than children.
Oh, and before you mention fleas, let me remind you that children bring home LICE, which are not only harder to get rid of than fleas, but will also take up residence in human hair.
Lol, great point, vegansforever! Maybe children should be limited to children’s stores since pets are limited to pet supply stores?

Kaycie asked: We adopted pets from a rescue, but we can’t seem to get the former foster mom to stop calling to check on them. She emails/calls at least 3x a week. We’ve tried dropping polite hints like We’ll contact you if we need anything, but no luck. What do we do?

♥Brittnie asked: I am not in this situation or anything, but I was just thinking about it. If you are married, and have pets together, what happens when you get divorced if both parties want the animal? Do they have joint custody, or is one person awarded full custody and how do they decide who gets the pet?

spelldine43 asked: We live on the east coast, and will be moving to Arizona within two years. We have a lot of pets (cats, dogs, chickens, approx.40 total animals) to move with us. I want this as easy and painless as possible for the animals. Flying them is out of the question. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?

LAYLA asked: I understand WHY you should spay or neuter your pets, but what emotional changes does it bring if any?
We made the decision to get my 9 month old kitten spayed because she is having all sorts of problems when she’s in heat (it lasts for days, is frequent, etc.) — Originally I didn’t want to, but I figured I have to do it at this point.
Does it change their personality? Will it mellow her out or make her more agressive?

quack asked: We have pets that like to lay (and go #2 in the landscape in front of our house. What are some good ways to keep them out besides putting up a fence (ammonia, other odors)? Any good home remedies?
